You have the right to exchange or return goods within 28 days (14 days for sale items). The goods should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused in saleable condition with original labels & packaging intact.
When returning or exchanging goods you will have to pay for the return delivery to us. The original delivery cost will not be credited, unless the return is due to damaged goods or a mistake made by Parallel Clothing.
Items bought at a discounted rate can be exchanged. If you’d prefer to exchange for a more expensive item, you may be charged the difference. Items bought at a discounted rate can also be returned. Assuming the garment is in saleable condition as previously explained, you will be refunded in full at the price you paid.
How to exchange or return an item
Please email us at info@ParallelClothing.com stating the order number, item to be exchanged or returned, together with the reason for return or exchange. You will receive a reply from our customer service department detailing if there is any problem with your exchange, otherwise, authorising your return.
Please return the parcel to us enclosing a copy of your invoice to the following address.

We recommend returning goods by recorded delivery, and keep proof of postage.
We will email to confirm that your return has been processed. You will receive your refund, credit or exchanged goods within 2 weeks after we receive the goods. If there is likely to be any further delay, we will contact you.
UK Standard Delivery (3-4 working days stock permitting): from Free. For all orders the cost of shipping will be calculated on the billing page once the correct delivery region is selected. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and may require a signature.
ParallelClothing can deliver to many worldwide destinations, delivery charges will be calculated a the billing page. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
